-DF So, first things first: how’d you find out about DemonFactory.com?

Funny but true; I had seen one of DemonFactory’s tweets on Twitter and I thought it was funny, so I commented on it. In return DemonFactory accused me of being a porn-bot! We then became allies and the rest is history!

-DF It seems like the perfect place for you! Skate & MMA, how’d you get
into both of these sports?

I played ice hockey as a kid and when I got to be about 12 years old I wasn’t allowed to continue playing for men’s teams, so after a year or so of playing for women’s teams I got into martial arts. I started in Tang Soo Do then trained in Soo Bahk Do and also American Kenpo / Boxing and Kyusho Jitsu.

I’m a huge sports fan. I played floor hockey and skateboarded in high school; sports has always been a big part of my life.

-DF Any MMA memory that sticks out to you?

The adrenaline rush from my first tournament ever, and the amazing feeling of my first gold medal; nothing can compare!

-DF Why don’t you tell the readers the need-to-know info on Miss Tori Thompson.

I’m 28 years old; from Metro Detroit, Michigan. I’m 5’3” tall and weigh in at 117lbs.

I love UFC, muscle cars, shoes, Mexican Food, crime documentaries and tattoos. I’m addicted to going to the gym and Twitter.

I am also a blogger. My site teaches people how to make money online with no investment; you can check it out here: http://paidopps.blogspot.com. I’ve been blogging since 2006 and have been featured in numerous newspapers and websites. Good stuff!

I opened a retail store in 2008 and a second location in 2009. I sell girly products; perfumes, lotions, clothes, purses, etc. I love what I do and I do what I love!

-DF How’d you get into business?

The retail industry has such a high markup on products, that designer brand items are often not a realistic expense for many people, especially in an economy that is facing financial difficulties. I was determined to find a lucrative way to sell designer items at lower prices, thus making them affordable to everybody.

After a lot of research and market testing I found that my concept was a great fit for the retail industry and opened my first store.

-DF You’re a self-described Twitter addict. What got you hooked?

As a blogger, I was always looking for cutting edge ways to market my blog. When Twitter came about I made a page with the intentions of using it to market. However, after meeting so many incredible people I revised my plan and dove into the addiction of using Twitter strictly socially. I absolutely love it!

-DF The X Games are starting, are you a fan?

Most definitely! X Games is like Christmas to me! I think the X Games athletes are some of the toughest in the world.

-DF Have you ever tried out any of those sports yourself?

As mentioned, I used to skateboard, but that’s about it. I’ve never been snowboarding or tried motocross, but I’d love to give it a shot!

-DF How would you rate your skills?

LOL! These days; probably pretty bad! I used to be good when I was skating daily.

-DF What is better: You on a skateboard or your hometown Detroit Lions?

Me on a snowboard for the first time, going down a dry hill on a hot day is better than my home team, the Detroit Lions.

-DF Give some advice to the struggling Detroit franchises.

Get a new team . . . maybe a team that can throw AND catch? And block?

-DF What are you like away from business and sports? What entertains you?

I love playing pool and poker. I enjoy going to MGM Casino in Detroit.

-DF Everyone loves music, what’s in your cd/mp3 player now?

I have a little bit of everything on my BlackBerry and Zune; Twista, Flo-Rida, Wu-Tang, Pantera, NIN, Rage Against the Machine, Sublime, Van Morrison, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Poison, Metallica …I like it all – except country!

-DF If your life was to be written as a song, what would the title of
the track be?

“The question isn’t who is going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me” (Ayn Rand)

-DF What genre?

Most likely Hip Hop. I like bass.

-DF Name three things everyone should try.

Drugs, Sex and Rock N Roll – just kidding…

Total “Must-Tries” are: Volcano Tacos from Taco Bell, go drifting in a GTO or ride in a NASCAR (both are incredible!) and get a tattoo!

-DF Three things people should stay away from.

Steroids (MLB!), spinner hub caps and mullets.

-DF You seem like trouble, why shouldn’t people stay away from you?

LOL. Great point! I’m a rare breed. Proceed with caution.

Here’s some cool info about the photos by Jeff Robinson. Jeff Robinson is a very cutting edge photographer in Detroit, Michigan. For this shoot he wanted to capture my sexy side but still keep the shoot true to who I am.

The majority of the shoot took place in Detroit’s historical train station. The train station is now condemned and boarded up; which also make entry illegal. There hasn’t been an operating train in it since Jan 6, 1988, so the building is now completely destroyed, but the amazing architecture still remains (as well as some of the world’s coolest graffiti). Armed with his camera, flashlight, Jeff didn’t hesitate to ruin through tunnels, hop walls and climb through caution tape with me, to sneak inside and score some truly amazing photos.

One of the most incredible shots we were able to take was in studio and is now known as the “First of Fire” photo. Since Jeff doesn’t believe in the world of photo-shopping special FX, we went for the real deal. For the “Fists of Fire” shots my hands were literally lit on fire – which I have to tell you was pretty intense and NOT ADVISED to try at home! It takes a lot of time, skill and fearlessness.
