Well, it has now been officially annouced that The Charlie Smith is currently and has been since day one ‘Tweeting’ for the World Class Pro Free Surfer Jamie O’Brien! Or is this still Bull Shit???

Rumors and speculation are rampid with the thoughts that JOB is still running the show and that guy posing as Chas Smith is just there for photo sake? Could that be true? Or has someone else been using JO’B's account for him.

There are tons of words ‘tweeted’ that require a dictionary to understand? Just how much of an intellectual is Jamie O’Brien? With multiple references and quotes from Vladimir Nabokov as well as others. Is Jamie O’Brien actually smart enough for these quotes? He tells people that he dropped out of school in the 11th grade.

A look at JO’B's Twitter statistics will tell you he is smart at doing something. He has grown his follower base from 12,000 to 18,500 in the last 4 weeks! Some of the other Pro Surfer numbers are: Mick Fanning – 5100; Kelly Slater – 5800; Hobgoods – 2700; ASP World Tour – 3900. Jamie has accumalated more followers than all of the previous mentioned Twitter accounts combined.

Love him or hate him, he’s doing something right in the marketing department. The other side that you hear many of his followers twitting about is they want more pictures. Over the last couple of days, they have started to trickle out which in one way, gives a little validity to Chas being somewhere real….
